Skin Blemish Removal in Notting Hill

A Gentle & Precise Treatment for Skin Blemishes

Small skin blemishes can appear on the face and body over time, including cherry angiomas, thread veins, spider veins, skin tags, milia and sun spots. At SkinWell Aesthetics Boutique in Notting Hill Gate, we offer careful, targeted blemish removal treatments designed to improve the look and feel of your skin with a gentle, precise approach.

Many common blemishes are harmless, but they can become a cosmetic concern, especially when they are visible on the face, neck, chest or body. Skin tags are common soft skin growths, while cherry angiomas are small red vascular spots made up of blood vessels. Thread veins are tiny visible red veins in the skin and may be linked with sun exposure, redness-prone skin or other factors.

We can help with:

Cherry angiomas / blood spots
Small red spots, often seen on the body, face or chest.

Thread veins / broken capillaries
Fine red visible vessels, commonly around the nose, cheeks or chin.

Spider veins / spider naevi
Small visible vessels with a central point and fine branches.

Skin tags
Soft, raised skin growths often found on the neck, underarms, eyelids or areas of friction.

Milia
Tiny white bumps caused by trapped keratin beneath the skin.

Sun spots / pigmentation marks / lentigo
Flat brown marks often caused by sun exposure and ageing.

Your skin will be assessed first to make sure the blemish is suitable for treatment. The aim is to work carefully and conservatively, targeting only the unwanted blemish while respecting the surrounding skin.

Most blemishes are treated using the Non-Laser Diathermy technique, a precise method that uses controlled heat to target unwanted skin imperfections with minimal disruption to the surrounding skin. Milia are treated using a sterile Microlance technique for careful extraction.

Some blemishes may only need one session, while others may require more than one treatment depending on size, depth, location and skin type.

Aftercare

After treatment, the area may look red, feel warm or form a small scab. This is part of the natural healing process. Avoid picking, rubbing, exfoliating products, active skincare and sun exposure while the skin is healing. Daily SPF is essential, especially after treating pigmentation or visible blemishes.

Important note

We only treat suitable benign-looking blemishes. If a lesion has changed in size, colour or shape, bleeds, becomes painful, looks unusual or you are unsure what it is, please see your GP or dermatologist before booking.
